Surendran Natarajan of 'Karuppar Koottam' has been ordered to stay in judicial custody for 30 days.
After bringing him to Chennai from Puducherry he was presented before Magistrate Roslin at her residence Royapuram.
Earlier, Senthilvasan who too belonged to the channel was arrested on Wednesday night.
