The person who appeals should be a National-award winner and everyone who has won the award has come forward to do it for Bharathirajaa this year,” said a source close to the director. K Balachander and Sivaji Ganesan are among the notable personalities from the movie industry to have been conferred with the award previously from Tamil Nadu.
